Transitioning to law as her second career, Ms. Luna spent 13 years as a family court counselor for the San Diego Superior Court, specifically Family Court Services (FCS). In this role, she was instrumental in facilitating child custody and visitation recommendations, a crucial aspect of family law proceedings. Additionally, she provided training to family law judges, enhancing their understanding of the complexities involved in child custody and visitation decisions.

Before her tenure as a family court counselor, Ms. Luna gained invaluable experience as a Child Welfare Services worker for 5 years. Ms. Luna excels in this mediation process, having spent 13 years conducting these mediations and crafting detailed recommendations for judges.
